The Spiral Eyes Illusion

Instructions

1. Find an object to look at after the spinning spiral (e.g. a book or your hand)

2. Put it in front of you

3. Press start and stare at the centre of the spinning spiral for 30 seconds

4. Quickly stare at the object in front of you.
